How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you order from:

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Where is my order?

Every time we ship an order you receive an email with the tracking number and link.

Please look for it and check the status of the shipment.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

How can I choose the right size?

There's a size chart on every product page.

If It's your first order, we strongly suggest to measure your garments and make sure the size you get is the closest to that.

This way you will ensure that the fitting is perfect.

What do I need to do if I receive a defective product?

We work really hard to make sure all our products meet the highest quality standards.

As we sell hundreds of units on a daily basis, It's difficult for us to detect all damaged products.

But you don't need to worry. If you receive a defective item please contact us and explain your situation. Make sure to upload photos of the defects and write your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Paypal and some other payment systems.

Is it possible to use more than 1 discount code in the same order?

Sadly, no. Due to discount system capabilities, orders are limited to 1 discount each.

If you are lucky enough to have a discount code, use It ASAP! We don't do discounts (Only on Black Friday).

Can I cancel an order?

When you place an order, our warehouse gets notified and starts the picking process.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellations due to the high volume we have.

If you have bought by accident, please go to our Returns Page and follow the steps.

Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email?

When you place an order our system always sends a confirmation email.

Make sure to check your spam/promotions inbox.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is our return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@okazeclothing.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a free shipping label to send the package back to us. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item(s) you want is to initiate a return and once it has been accepted, place a separate order for the item(s).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Can I exchange my order placed in the website?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges on our website. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, you’ll need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures a faster and more efficient process for both you and our team.

Additional information

Wrist Wraps is not in our exchange and return policy, so it cannot be exchanged or returned.

Okaze Gift Card is not included in our return policy, so we do not accept its return.
